Use your confirmed booking contact
For help with a confirmed stay, use the number in your arrival instructions or email support@doykinproperties.com. Include the apartment name and a short description. A photo can help explain a maintenance issue, but avoid sending documents or other guests’ personal information. For a new booking, use the booking enquiry page.
Report changes early
Tell us if your arrival is delayed or your guest arrangements change. Extra guests, late departure and extensions require confirmation; do not assume availability. Transport questions should go to your transfer provider. Keep the accommodation and transport confirmations together in your holiday planner.
Describe the issue so the next action is clear
For an ordinary apartment issue, send the property name, a short description and when you noticed it. A clear photograph can help explain a broken item or an unfamiliar control, provided it does not expose private information. Say whether access to the apartment is possible and how the team can reach you. Do not attempt a repair that you are not qualified to perform.
Keep the distinction between a request and an agreed change. Asking for a later checkout, an extra guest or a different arrival time does not confirm it. Wait for a reply and keep any revised instructions with the booking conversation. If your message concerns a service booked separately with a partner, use that provider’s confirmation and contact details. This directs the request to the person who can act on it and avoids assuming the accommodation team controls an external booking.
