Information and website forms
You may provide your name, email, phone, travel dates, guest count, apartment preference, property details and message. Forms are submitted through Netlify Forms, our website hosting provider’s form service, for us to handle your enquiry. They do not just open your email application. Free checklist downloads do not require an email. Calculator inputs and checklist selections are processed in your browser and are not submitted as enquiries.
Why we use information
We use enquiry information to respond, check availability, discuss a possible booking or management service, manage a confirmed stay, provide support, meet applicable obligations and protect legitimate interests connected with the service. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.
Grounds and recipients
Depending on the request, processing may be necessary for steps requested before an agreement, an agreed service, applicable obligations or legitimate interests such as answering enquiries and protecting the service. Where consent is requested, it may be withdrawn for future processing. Information may be handled by hosting and email providers, operational providers involved in a confirmed stay, professional advisers and authorities where required. Personal data is not sold.
Retention and your rights
Information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary to answer the request, manage a stay, meet record-keeping duties, handle disputes or establish and defend legal claims. Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, or object to certain processing. You may also contact Bulgaria’s Commission for Personal Data Protection. This notice is updated when our information-handling practices change.
Sending a useful privacy enquiry
When contacting us about information you have submitted, identify the email address used for the enquiry and describe the request. Avoid including unrelated documents or sensitive information in the first message. We may need to clarify the relevant correspondence before responding. Downloading a free checklist does not require an email address, and using the calculator does not submit a property-management enquiry. These are separate actions from sending a contact form.
