Choose the right enquiry
For a holiday, include your arrival and departure dates, guests and preferred apartment. For owner services, include the town, complex and the tasks you need help with. For support during a confirmed stay, use support@doykinproperties.com and the contact in your arrival instructions.
What to include in your message
For a holiday enquiry, include arrival and departure dates, the number of adults and children, your preferred apartment and any essential sleeping or access requirements. Mention whether your dates can move. If you are already discussing a stay with the team, reply in the same email thread and include the property name so the information stays together.
Owners should include the town and complex, apartment layout, whether the property is already being rented and the work they want help with. For a partnership enquiry, describe the service, the area covered and a public website link. Do not send payment-card details, passwords or identity documents through a general enquiry form. We only need enough information to understand the request and discuss the next step.
What to include in your message
For holiday enquiries, send your dates, guest count and the apartment you are considering. For property management, include the location, layout and tasks you want help with. Never send passwords or payment card details through the enquiry form. Keep the written reply so you can refer to the agreed arrangements and ask us to clarify anything important before proceeding.
