Current use
We do not currently add advertising cookies, analytics cookies or marketing trackers. The host may use necessary technologies for security, routing and reliable delivery. The direct-booking offer stores a dismissal flag in sessionStorage so a closed offer does not reopen during the same browser session. Checklist and calculator state stays in the open page.
External services and changes
Phone and email links open services on your device. External websites apply their own privacy and cookie practices. If optional analytics, embedded media or advertising is introduced, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated before activation. Questions: bookings@doykinproperties.com.
How the interactive pages behave
The homepage card strip can be scrolled or moved with its arrow buttons; it does not require a tracking cookie. Checklist selections and calculator values are held in the current page and are not sent as a form submission. Closing or leaving the page can reset those values. Download or print a checklist if you want a copy to keep. Browser settings may affect storage and downloads, while a partner website has its own separate settings and policies.
Check your browser settings
You can review stored website data in your browser settings and remove it whenever you choose. Deleting a saved preference may mean you need to select it again on your next visit. Private browsing starts a separate browsing session, but it does not make messages submitted through a form anonymous. If you follow a link to a transfer company, booking platform or another external service, that provider controls its own website storage and privacy choices. Check its notice before submitting personal information. If something on our website appears to store unexpected information, send us the page address, your browser name and a description of what happened. Please do not include passwords, payment details or identity documents in that message.
