Your checklist selections stay only in this open page and are not submitted to us. You can send a separate accommodation enquiry when you are ready.
Keep confirmed arrangements separate from ideas
Use one part of your notes for confirmed details: apartment, dates, guests, arrival contact and transport booking. Keep another part for things you are considering, such as a day trip or a restaurant. This prevents an attractive idea from becoming an assumed booking. Share the confirmed information with the other people travelling, especially if they arrive separately.
Check the list again shortly before departure. A flight update, changed telephone number or revised arrival time can make an older note misleading. Save important details offline and keep the first-evening essentials accessible. Before leaving the apartment at the end of the stay, confirm the agreed key return and onward travel. The planner is a working document for your group, not a submission to Doykin Properties: ticking boxes does not send us your travel plan or change your reservation.
